A century ago, women in America gained a voice in our political system. A lot has changed since 1920. Traci Richmond’s daughter Madelyn has been studying this important moment in our country’s history and her key takeaway was that, “Women weren’t exactly given the right to vote … it was a 72 year-long battle.” Here’s a snippet of history delivered from a representative of our future.
